Whitecap Sports Group's recent launch of its Women's Sports Division is a logical evolution of the work that the firm has been doing to date, and recognition that women's sports deserves its own practice area.  At the time of creation, it became the first of its kind business unit dedicated solely to women in the sports banking industry.  

 

The purpose of launching a dedicated women's sports division is to create a differentiated approach where women's sports are not only treated as an equally high priority within our firm, but to also offer strategic advisory services that enable earlier stage women's sports teams, leagues, and adjacent businesses to attract the capital they need for growth and fulfillment.
